"You have one of the hybrid boards with core 2 and ddr3 (which should really rock), so look for the ddr3 by any of the big mfg Kingston/corsair/ocz etc. If you can afford the higher speed ram then getting a reasonably priced 1600mhz set is great because it leaves you some headroom if you OC and the ratios end up a bit funky. They do sell them in diferent packaging for the triple channel (i7) and dual channel (what you need). Make sure you don't buy more than you need.

well i know what you mean... but that is the MSI x48C.. that has both DDR3 slots as DDR2. i have the MSI x48.. wich only has DDR3.

But 1 question. my prosessor is a C2D @3.0 ghz. also it says 1333 mhz. im not realy sure what that means but i geuss thats the bus speed. does it matter if my CPU is 1333 and my ram is 1600?? or does that have nothing to do with each other?
