So there I am, probing out a wormhole on James, 54 minutes before downtime, about to let Hamburgler and co know I had a bookmark and I can't talk in the channel. Weird. Oh well clients been flakey lately, and I needed to hop onto an alt real quick anyway. Hmm, connection happens to be rather slow. Weird, my other character doesn't seem to be able to do much either. reset modem and router, but still can't get past auth. Odd, now I'm getting the errors you get during dowtime, but it's not that time yet and status claims the server is up. Read some forums posts, reply some and try again.

We've had a database failover. We have decided to do the daily downtime early due to this and try to start earlier than usual.

During the downtime we will do startup tests on Apocrypha 1.2 and test connecting our RamSans to new database hardware.

Uh oh. Did I get the bookmark? Did I manage to recall my probes before failover? Wait, 1.2? Whats this crap about, I'm still recovering from the last patch and it's new player skill feature changes. Grumble.

Just sharing since I know some other forum users were on when this happened. Now if only I could remember if my freighter was docked or not....

Yea Me and Victor were in the middle of fighting 3 battleships and some BC in a drone hive when it happend. I thought i had just lost my brand new BC. Luckily I didn't but I did lose my 2nd accounts vexor and no loot from the drone hive =/

And I thought I lost my 4 year old battleship. I was pretty happy when I logged in and so that clunky thing filling my screen.
