Advice pls, DK+4Shaman or 5xPaladin

I very recently started multiboxing. I have a level 11 Paladin and 4 shaman. I also have a 71 DK. Just to keep life interesting I am keen on trying 5xpaladins!

Looking for advice, should I:
1. Go 71 DK and 4 x Shaman?
2. Stay with level 11 Paladin and 4 x Shaman?
3. Start a new 5xPaladin Team?

Try to give reasons please for your selection.

I am on a PvP server but the main focus of the team will be heroic 5-man, and helping out guild in 10-man dungeons. I would like some sort of utility against players trying to gank me.

DK + 4 shamans: Easily able to complete heroics (as Hachoo has proven through his videos), totems are great buffs for every class, Unholy DK tank adds +13% spell dmg.
5 Pallies: haven't actually played this combo but i have a feeling it will be a pain in the butt.
