The old all in one shaman healing macro

I was just wondering if anyone remembered the really old pretty dam useful shaman healing macro, it was pretty crazy i would love to write it out myself but i wouldnt for the life of me know where to start as it was pretty conditional. im hopeing if i write a few things below it should help someone remember it or if your a pro macro writer write me a new one :)

If focus no target heal self

if focus target hostile heal focus target target

if focus target friendly heal target

shift modifyer chain heal self



think that was all crammed into that one button might of missed a few things :s ive searched all the old posts and cant find who came up with it and so gutted as i can normally write my own macros but this was just without a doubt the best heal macro ive ever tried.

Basically:

/cast [mod, target=player] chain heal
/cast [nomod, target=focustarget, help] lesser healing wave
/cast [nomod, target=focustargettarget, help] lesser healing wave
/stopmacro [target=focustarget, exists][target=focustarget, dead]
/cast [target=player] lesser healing wave

couldnt for the life of me remember where it was, i now have a few less buttons again on my ui :D :D
