Hosting company-side problems are always so frustrating - just sitting there waiting for someone else to fix it.
just sitting here would be nice. having to answer the phone... that's another issue. it's cool though. only a couple of people were actually upset, everyone else understood (many were surprised when i actually answered the phone)

just keep in mind... your license is FOREVER. if it comes up 'expired', this would only be temporary and i would be working on it to the best of my ability to resolve the issue.
