Now this is some rather 'insane' idea, but if your computer is up for the task there would be one solution for it.
You can easily (well, depends on your knowledge / willingness to rtfm) set up a setup like you want on a linux box. And then run wow x 2 using wine / cedega.

It's going to be a fun project however

Well, you could rewrite the drive bus, and then it's just a simple driver flip around without a KVM. I actually do something similar with 3 monitors and a mouse and a Tablet pad, but you gotta make sure you have your config files overwritten appropriately. I have to restart every time the flux capacitor jams up, whenever it falls below 88 mph, but Hal rarely has problems as long as the omega 13 is in queue.

On second thought, buy a second computer if you wanna play at the same time.

(2 keyboards into 1 computer just doesn't make sense to me )
Makes sense to me. Its pretty nice having a keyboard tied to the individual client. But then, I'm 100% hardware, so no idea how you would do it on1 computer.

Their is one option that would require a little bit of money but not much... Buy a piece of crap computer with no bells or whistles that can barely run windows xp. Should run you <$50. Then run HotKeyNet (or keyclone) on the second computer passing all keyboard inputs to the secondary window of WoW.

Obviously the irony of the situation is that I'm telling you to buy a second computer, which is not how you wanted to fix the problem, but if you have another computer lying around that can't play WoW, it still can be useful.

The problem with that would be that you still can't have 2 mouse pointers in windows. There is some stuff around that 'simulates' multiple mouse pointers, but as soon as you click (and drag for that matter) you're back down to only one pointer. -> Rotating on both screens with 2 mouses just is not going to happen on windows without some insane trickery.
There is still the linux solution though, http://ask.slashdot.org/askslashdot/...7/021241.shtml might be a neat starting point with tons of links.

    kind regards
