Their is one option that would require a little bit of money but not much... Buy a piece of crap computer with no bells or whistles that can barely run windows xp. Should run you <$50. Then run HotKeyNet (or keyclone) on the second computer passing all keyboard inputs to the secondary window of WoW.

Obviously the irony of the situation is that I'm telling you to buy a second computer, which is not how you wanted to fix the problem, but if you have another computer lying around that can't play WoW, it still can be useful.
The problem with that would be that you still can't have 2 mouse pointers in windows. There is some stuff around that 'simulates' multiple mouse pointers, but as soon as you click (and drag for that matter) you're back down to only one pointer. -> Rotating on both screens with 2 mouses just is not going to happen on windows without some insane trickery.
There is still the linux solution though, http://ask.slashdot.org/askslashdot/...7/021241.shtml might be a neat starting point with tons of links.

kind regards
