Update 2 - Ohhh darn, it looks like someone did a denial of service attack against the site and made it go over bandwidth
It was down when I tried it from a dedicated honeypot box at 1:45 CET today.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if it had been down for quite some time, given that an earlier poster refers to this having been in circulation for at least a couple of days before this incident.
