To those more skilled than I:

Does anyone have tips on how to do Threat from Above for the following team reliably and safely? I can get the frostwyrm downed easily with any of the following teams, but the 3 cultist bombadiers pose a challenge for some of my teams. any general tips on how to take care of this daily? I just hit champion status so not really experienced with this yet.

dk team, shockadin team, shammy team = no problem generally

4 mage 1 priest = spamming 4 arcane explosion with holy nova. but it doesnt pack enough punch to down the bombadiers before they blast the hell out of me. I usually win, but not without losing 1 - 4 of my team. any advice? mages are arcane atm with disc priest. i can dual spec em into something else though if that will help?

boomkin team = so far i have been popping treants, but they dont kill the cultists fast enough before i get hit with a bomb or two. similar story as above team.

Also a note on the champion's rewards. If I'm not in a rush to get exalted with all 5 capital cities, am I better off just picking the champion's purse until I finish the valiant dailies with all 5 cities? will doing the valiant quests for all 5 cities be enough to bring me to exalted with all 5 cities? just seeking to pick the brains of those more advanced in these quests than I am; and thanks in advance to all those who help!

As for mages, see if you can CC the bombers and take them out one at a time. A bit more complex to setup but worth a shot, I know most people don't even know what CC means anymore. The damage from the bombs is very localized so movement would be the key.

Champions purse is 10g. If you need the cash (which seems unlikely if you stack your dailies) . My main team was not built with RAF, but was started during TBC when rep became more reasonable. Thus most of them have 3 factions in exalted.

So 25 seals takes 5 days if you do all the quests each day. I think one turn in is 250 rep, 4 each day = 1000 rep per day, and that equates to 5k rep for the grind.. which is really not much. So if you really want exalted your gonna need to collect writs.

I guess it all depends on what your goal is.

Tips:

• Of course you need to be able to box the mounted combat for the Court of Bones quests. Macaroon ftw, and watch the other players gawk as you one shot things.
• The duels are not boxable, thus I skip them except when I want to get one extra seal. They are just not worth the time. Sure it takes a couple extra days but meh.. not a big deal.
• The champion and black knight fights get you credit on all your team members, but the members can't help for the most part.
• When you start working for another faction, pick all the same faction so you spend less time flying around for the weapon daily quest.
• I have another team leveling up and I just started doing the dailies at 77 (roughly 11k exp per turn in), the level 80 rewards will be nice for a few slots until I can get better.
• Once your a champ for your starting faction, you pick up the dailies from the Argent Crusade (these stack with the quests for the next faction your championing, as well you can stack in the fast 3 from the Shadowvault). Takes about one hour to knock out these 9 quests on epic flyers.
• If your not doing much with your team you can set your stone to the inn keeper at the AT for a faster return from Grizzly Hills.
