@funkstar
you can turn off the focus-follows-mouse under keyclone/setup/general/focus-follows-mouse ... the checkbox is in the middle

i am looking into the issue with the override key and the always-on-top now.
I thought it was that at first as well yes, but its unchecked for me (all 3 of the boxes there) and still follow it. (unchecked on both pc's)
I can confirm this is happening to me. I've checked the registry, settings in both keyclone and wow, and can find nothing. I did turn on focus-follows-mouse to try it out (it's very useful while DB fishing) but when I turned it off the state persisted.

EDIT: I just tested, and the windows are stealing focus even when moving from a non-keyclone controlled window over a keyclone controlled window, and not just from wow-to-wow.It's almost like it has changed some vista setting for these windows that I can't yet find. Is it possible the hook that turns on focus-follows-mouse in the Desktop API isn't unhooking when it's turnned off?

This is a new problem in 1.9
