    Default 3th RAF group

    Hi all,

After my first RAF group, 4 hunters waiting now at level 60 (very much fun to play), my second group Prot Pally + 4 elemental Shammies. (even more fun, and also waiting at level 60))

I want to start up a 3 th group. (still have 7 weeks left till RAF ends)

Anyone ever played a Prot pally + 4 enhancement Shammies? or 4 Pallies + 1 shammy or 1 druid.. This time I want to play a melee group (no rogues though)

Oh yes, not more then 2 classes because It will be too complex for me at this point.

Any advice is more than welcome...

    Regards

All Death knight group. (wouldn't take long to get to 60 )
    All pally group.

    Mixed pally/deathknight group.

All druid group. (this gives great flexibility later on to have a tank and a healer and go moonkin if you find melee a bit of nightmare).
Team: Feral Druid, 3 Ele Shaman, 1 Resto Shaman

    Gimp Team: 4 paladins(13) and a DK(80)
    Kierlay,kierlee,kieree,kierla and Karatesh

Right now I am running 1 Prot Pally flanked by 2 Ret Pallys and 2 Enh Shamans. The one thing about melee classes is that although you are using 1 or two classes, you are kinda playing 3. My Prot Pally has less mana and different abilities than my Ret Pallys. So for I really haven't played them different because I am about level 50, but I am sure once I hit Outland, I will have to actually do more than attack, exorcism and consencrate.

However, they area great team and work pretty well together. I am debating dropping one Pally for a DK since I haven't played on yet, but I am unsure of that. The main advantage of melee classes is that even if you suck at WoW or get your macros all messed up, they still do damage because of auto-attack. You can just point and click them for the win.

Haha, all DK group is a couple of hour playtime with RAF till 60? (maybe last day of RAF I will do that)

All Pally sounds nice, but at least I will swap 1 pally for a druid or for me preverable Shammy!! I love Shammies a lot now I know how to play them

All Druid.... hmmmm I read that Druid is a bit complex to play them well and I don't have no experience playing a druid.

Thanks for the advice, for now I think it will be a 4 pally - 1 shaman.

Still I am hoping that there a people who actually played a 4 Enhancement Shammy + 1 tank group till high level and want to share there experience with me (us all).

LOL, I wrote a nice reply on this post but proberbly forgot to submit because it's not here now I am at home

    Well thanks for your post

Short version and the things I can remember I wrote to you; I like to see another full 5 box melee player. My macro skills are good, now I have the experience of leveling 2 groups till level 60. (good compare to my first set of macro's)

I have learned to positioning my group well too I hope, I love to see a 5 boxing melee group all with Fiery enchant

I like the composition of your group because you have some enh shammies in there , my group will proberbly gonna be the same a mixture of pallies and shammies.... I am very curious how for they will come melee only....

    Bye...

I guess my question would be why you would build another 4 shammys, rahter than just making some gold off of dailies and dual speccing those that you have to try out the group. Seems like it would be less time consuming than building another group.

I kind of want to try a DK and 4 pallys for a melee group. Don't know why, but it seems like you would have a blast, along with all of the AOE capabilities, and healing.

Ok, I admit that I like to level a lot, but I think you are right to dual spec the shammies (I have enough WOW money BTW). I have so much group compositions I would like to try out.... 4 Pallies and 1 druid, 5 DK's.... etc. But the problem with DK for me is what kind of build or builds should I have?. (I will search these forums when I start the group, or mayby start a new post with that question ) I never played DK before, So I really have no idea what to start with. At this moment I am finishing 1 pally and 4 locks (end level 40 all) but it's not that much fun as the shammies.... but very powerful though.

Well I hope this will be continued
