    Default new to multiboxing/live wow

Hello, as the topic says.. I'm new to multiboxing on the live servers, I've done it plenty on private servers, but I know that's against rules to discuss, so I won't go there.

What I mostly came here to ask, is simply what server has the most multi-boxer's. I've heard Magth was the server to go to, but I haven't seen many people with that server in their signature.

I'm going to be running 4 accounts. Probably 4 shamans, unless someone suggests otherwise.

Specs, other class suggestions, or any other tips are very welcome. Thanks in advance. :]

edit: i forgot to mention, I'm okay with play either horde or alliance, I'm not picky.

4 shamans would be fun leveling, but later on, you'll need a tank, I would advise 3 shaman and another - druid, DK, or pally.

Also, if these are new accounts, you could have enough RAF to level more than one team, poke around the threads here for the most efficient RAF leveling. Options are always good - and you could use the 3 shaman, once leveled up, to level up multiple 4th alts.

As for servers, dunno. I like my server, but I've been there for a long time, playing solo, so I still have a few friends log on. (Draenor, US). My server is very MB neutral, I very rarely get hate there - the occasional hordie trying to get me to flag, but not in a malicious way, more like a "hey, MBer, lets play!"

And, as always, read the wiki and the threads here, then read them again! There is a ton of information here, it's your best resource.

    Have fun!

Thanks for the advice, for now I'm going to level the shamans, and eventually I'll probably use the level-granting to grant levels to a tank, probably a paladin though, but I'm not 100% sure. Or I may just continue with this 4 shaman setup, and one day purchase a 5th account, and use the shamans to level a tank on it in instances (if that's still the fastest way to level a low level, that is).

Level them all as elemental. Even if you 5 man try not to have a resto. It's a bad crutch to lean on :/

My all paladin team is pretty fun and tough. No waiting for casting, just run in and start killing things.

I'm still 1 shotting or 2 shotting mobs at level 77.

First, check this list: www.wowwiki.com/US_realm_list_by_datacenter and find the battlegroup that is physically located closest to you, this will make a huge difference in latency which translates into playability.

I live on the west coast and played on a server in Boston. Transferring to a server that was based in California has made all the difference in the world.
