Combat Mod

I am not very hip on how to use modifiers. Can I have my shamans do something like

/cast [combat] Totem
/cast [nocombat] Some Other Totem

This would allow me to drop different totems depending on whether I am in combat or not.

/cast [combat] totemA; [nocombat] totemB
