I don't wnt to give a dismal outlook but, I'm something like 30-40 ( I was running with a new healer who is very green pvp wise though ). Most of the teams I faced where many of the same teams I competed against before, top page ones, and they handled me in almost ever case. The insta gib did help us pull out a few wins here and there but I was overall pretty sad at the performance. Plenty of times I would hit somone at 80% hp with 4 lvb ( yea they had flame shocks on ) and they would not die ( gg priest bubbles and hots ) which was immensely irritating. More over, the same issues still exist, so many class's can simply null out my enormous dmg spike that it gives the opposing team nearly 60-120 sec to kill one of my guys and make my dps manageable. For example
1) open on first dps lets say .. DK .. he hits AMS ..
2) ok, switch to the next dps .. warrior ... he turtles, reflects and shield walls .. fuck
3) back to the DK! his resto shaman drops a grounding nulling 4 lvb, now he's running out of LoS ... QQ
4) ok .. theres a hunter I'll nuke him .. nope shadow meld... np he was dot'd .. back on hunter .. nope deflection ... ok god damnit ...
5) back to the warrior! nope he's still reflecting and theres another grounding totem .. he runs out when he gets low ... *punch's desk*
6) THERES THAT GOD DAMN HUNTER POP's CD's AND INSTANT CAST HAHAHhah... he feigned .. FUCK FUCK FUCK ...
7) lead guy dies .. /leave arena
Now imagine all this action takes place in the course of, im not kidding, 30 seconds. And I promise this is exactly how 90% of my games go against the higher rated teams, its EXTREMELY frustrating. Can we win? That honestly depends on how many mistakes the opposing team makes. Frankly we are at a large disadvantage, and believe it or not the action im laying out above is extremely optamistic. Most teams will pepper in AoE cc's in there as well, warstomps, torrents, fears ect ect. Most teams I fight that have a 1600 or lower MMR ( match making rating ) just get rolled, its amazing how badly we beat them like I really feel confident. Then we fight these 1800+ teams and they just handle me with such skill and ease its very discouraging, peoples ability to simply run out before I can get a spell off is just murdering me. EB totems could help but, most good healers dispell that shit almost instantly and i just wasted a cd that i could have possibly got a lvb off in so its hit and miss. More-over most class's class's have ways to break movement impairing stuff outside of the trinkets now just, but curiing aside, the logistic's of deploying an earthbind totem while im trying to lvb combo is something I'm still working on.
Anyways, this isn't to be negative this is just my experience thus far. I'll post again after I can get some games in with my pro healer from s5. Also in fairness most of the teams i fought had 3 even 4 people with gladiator tags so essentially what I'm saying is, gladiator titles for multiboxers still feels like its a ways off, BUT sure we can still compete. I think its possible to push over 2k even given a more favorable battlegroup, but gladiator? I have serious doubts.
Lets hold our breath for the upcoming totem change!!! that will be a breath of fresh air when somone faceroller with a pet cant eat my totems up in 10 sec without even thinking about it.(3 pet teams are just disasters, hunter lock DK ... dont even get me started ... )
