Honestly, he still has a higher % of up time compared to Blizzard. (How we let 90-95% uptime become an industry standard for MMO's, I'll never understand, wish I could say I'll show up to work 90-95% of the time for full salary)

Stormreaver, Horde
1 Druid - 4 Shamans
1 Pally - 4 locks
Most of the people where I work are only in about 60% of the time for full salary.
Hey Rob thanks for all your support Key Clone change my gamin experience for the better. Can you tell me how to back up my settings so if something happens in the future I dont have to go back in and set up all my keymaps and such.

I'm sure when you are willing to pay millions of dollars a month for guaranteed uptime then blizzard will change their update policies hehe![]()
Seriously though companies pay literally millions of dollars for the 5 9s of guaranteed uptime. I'm not saying I like downtime. I need my fix like everyone else but for 15 bucks a month I can't complain. Besides being in the industry I can understand that things going wrong with updates is more the norm than the exception no matter how much you think you have prepared.
You have a great product here Rob. Great product, great support. What more can you ask for... Keep up the great work!

i remember when wow first started doing the down-on-tuesday thing and thought it was brilliant. they set the expectation and people accepted it. and as a server developer, i thought having a guaranteed downtime window was awesome. they could fit in hardware upgrades, various software upgrades and have no real problems rolling it out. not possible in the real world, as business doesn't tolerate downtime very well.
if i implemented fail-over protection, i would get the 5-9s for keyclone uptime (if not better). of course, that would mean i would double my isp costs every month. in the last 3 years, keyclone outage has only happened a couple of times. not much, but killing the 5-9s possibility. we'll see
@Phanes
all your settings are held within the keyclone.ini file (not counting the keymaps). just copy that somewhere and you should be good.
Thanks Rob
