keyclone "get license" button and firefox

I just wanted to let anybody interested know that if you can't get the "get license" button to work make Firefox your default browser. That fixed my problem immediately.

Or you can just reformat your computer, because clearly you have some other erroneous process running which is preventing Keyclone from launching the Internet Explorer window.

i have never been able to repeat this problem... then again, i guess i have always had firefox set as my default browser.

so having IE as a default craps it out??

It sure did for me. I'm not a big fan of IE anyway.

The thing that really irks me are applications that launch IE even when it is not your default browser. Windows Messenger used to do it but they changed it recently. I had it happen to me in another app the other day. Really annoying.

well, since the problem is no default browser association... i forced it to launch IE, as i can be assured it is on the box
(not my choice.. just the only one)

Panic over now I found the thread here. It is mid day in the UK and I gues the guys in Florida will be working on it ( I hope) Any ideas of a fix time?
