Multiboxing Escort quests?

i have the mirror master selection selected on all toons in jamba. when i hit the invite group button in it, i notice that no box pops up when i invite my slaves, but they auto accept and join me. i think the option in jamba cleared the box on them when i took this quest as my main, but also accepted the quest directly from the npc at the same time, causing an error. i've got a few more groups i'm going to run thru this area again, so i'll test this out on my next run thru. as far as looting quest items on all toons at once, i've run across this already. i rebound my keys to /assist focus on 'e' and 'interact with target' on 'tab' across my slaves, but not on my main. that way, i can use them to loot everything when i need them to and grab quest items first, then i'll use my mouse to loot on my main when they finish. makes using questhelper much easier if everyone's on the same quests. can't get carbonite quest to work with the new 3.1 patch, even tho curse said it was up to date and a reinstall didn't work either. will try again later this week to see if they fix it. as far as having to hit the tab key multiple times for everyone to loot everything, including quest items, i've noticed this and can deal with it. just don't add 'shift' to what ever key you bound 'interact with target' to unless you turn off auto loot. or else it'll be like holding down shift and right clicking on your main. you'll either loot everything with auto loot off, or open up the box/body and get nothing with it turned on.

Good point about not binding the interact key to a SHIFT modifier. Sounds like something I would've ended up doing lol.
Pro tip: keep your interact key and assist key close together.

When doing collection quests I just target with my main, assist and interact with all my characters. Usually the main ends up getting most of the drops first. You just need to watch for the "Object is busy" messages and hit the interact key multiple times. I did all the troll drop collection quests in STV this way. Troll ears, necklaces, bones, eyes, beads, testicles, the works. And I did it while there was a 57 Tauren DK 1-shotting the trolls as well (WTF?????). Overall it wasn't too painful, I wouldn't even have attempted it without the interact ability.
