    Default Alliance mixed, different classes/races

Well i am making a new alliance team, and here it is!

    Human Protection Paladin
    Night Elf Balance Druid
    Gnome Fire Mage
    Draenei Elemental Shaman
    Dwarf Holy Priest

Total Gain due to buffs @ 80

    Stamina 202 (+ 10%)
    Strength 192 (+ 10%)
    Intellect 97 (+ 10%) (+5% Gnome only)
    Agility 192 (+ 10%)
    Spirit 117 (+ 10%) (+3% Human only)
    Armour 1955
    Spell damage 280
    Critical 8%
    Haste 8%
    62.5hp/5 or 85mp/5
    Hit 2%
    13% Damage Increase
I think that is everything, the extra 10% is due to Blessing of Kings, and generally I think they all have good synergy

Wouldn't it be better to switch the human and dwarf around? The +3% spirit human racial seems better for a priest then a paladin.

Dwarves don't get free expertise or Every Man for Himself. Unless they changed the racials.... AGAIN. I don't see it being a big enough issue to worry about.

I like the group make up though. Thumbs up!

Well the reason I have the preist as a dwarf is becuase of stoneform, being able to remove poison bleed etc is good so then i dont have to mess around with having the preist haveing to heal itself because of those effects.
Also I like the human paladin because I cant escape roots whcih may be sueful if I accidentally lose aggro i can run after the mob without having to wait if i get rooted. Also human get Mace and Sword specialisation

Cleansing Totem? But yeah you can get rid of bleed but thats about it. Not a bad makeup over all,

    I got:

    Draenei Pally
    Draenei Mage
    Draenei Shaman,
    Draenei Priest
    NE Druid

Ok so I like Draenei what can I say.
    Daggerspine Alliance: Phoebus(Tank), Soozanuna(Heals/Tailor), Angakak (Enchanter), Wakantanaka(Herb/Alch), Znakharka, Jonhyone(JC), Marious(Other Tank/BS), Magnux(Enchanter), Coyolxhauqui(LW)

I would trade paladin to human priest, dwarf priest to hunter and let the druid tank so that I can convert all 5 of them to long range DPS for raid purposes.
I like paladin and most of my horde tanks are pallys. But since I only have 1 team in ally, I would rather make it flexible as possible.

I approve of the OP's group composition!

    Mine is close:

    Dwarf Paladin - Protection
    Draenei Mage - Arcane
Night Elf Druid - Balance, some Restoration (for mana regen and Master Shapeshifter)
    Draenei Shaman - Elemental
Human Priest - Holy, some Discipline

    Same account as Druid:
    Human Warlock - Destruction

I argue that dwarf vs. human is a very close call. Don't second guess yourself later on, you will be fine either way. It's rare that you'll use either Stoneform or Every Man for Himself, as it is.

I'm happy with the group composition... and yeah, you have a ton of buff stacking going on in the group.
    Duskwood - Alliance - PvE

I also have the same group composition, but horde side.

Couple of things. Don't go Holy/Disc until you start doing heroics. You won't need to. I don't even think I healed as I leveled up. You probably already know that =)

Another thing I noticed is that my shaman was the easiest to gear and increase the spellpower. You can maximize their DPS without any micromanagement. I'd consider using two if I ever did it over again, esp with dual spec.

The mage was the hardest to raise spellpower. It is still behind my boomkin and shaman in DPS, but should be ahead. Maybe it's just me, I don't know, but the mage has been the hardest to gear up etc. After getting to the point I am, I can easily see how a Tank + 4 shamans would totally own. Part of the reason is that Shaman can use chain, leather, cloth and boomkins leather and cloth. Having the ports, food and INT buff probably makes up for it though.

I'd also stick with a human paladin. Being short sucks IMO (so does being too big....Draenai and Tauren, suck it up and go female).

    The only alternatives IMO:

Tank - Paladin OR DK - both have been demonstrated to be great tanks, I'd pick the class you'd prefer to play solo with consideration of the off spec
DPS1 - Mage - ports, food, INT buff, CC
    DPS2 - Shaman - totems!!
DPS3 - Boomkin OR Warlock OR Hunter OR Shaman - I think any of these would work fine. Boomkin and Shaman have great off-specs to change their roles (tank or healer) which makes them better choices IMO.
Healer - Priest - AOE Heals

    Hi,

Currently I'm quadboxing my mixed team, dwarf pala, human priest and 2x gnome mages.
    Big fun, really big fun.
Have to agree with heffner, raising the mages their spellpower is a bit hard.
During leveling the priest was busy dealing damage, healing was almost not required.
Imagine running through packs of mobs, concentration, healing nova and 2x arcane explosion 8o
In instances the priest is healing only, maybe sometimes I'll let her cast a spell to push the mob over the edge.
