Default Reduceing the WOW folder size

My WoW folder is over 14gigs now. Other than the obvious patch data I can delete, what else is safe to remove from this folder. It looks like 90% of the size is from 6 *.mpq files in the Data folder that are about 10-11gigs in total. Are these required for WOW to function or just compressed install files that are no longer used.

What im thinking about trying is to put WOW on a RAM disk and run it from there. But 14gigs far exceeds the ram I have available for this experiment.

The only addon I use is Jamba so Im not able to remove any bloat from there.

the .mpq files house everything that 'is' the game. They are required for WoW to function.
