no worries.... i won't be doing anything that would tweak Blizzard.

i'm fairly confident where the lines are (due to Vyndree's meticulous work)... this tidbit was originally dreamed up years ago (after getting the G15), and it's always itched at the back of my brain

I'm perfectly happy with Keyclone in its current form (and was happy with it in its previous form, and the one before that, and... ). As discussed here, the proposed functionality would be no different to having a programmable keyboard or somesuch.

So long as people don't insert delays in the macro, there's no issue.

The only fix / feature I'd like to see added at some point relates to the DNP. When DNP is enabled, the hotstrings should be disabled as I don't want anything passed on. Right now, when I want to use an item or equip new gear on clones, etc, etc, it's easiest to just type "/use xxasdxxx" or "/equip xxsxxas", etc. The problem is that if a key that you type exists in a hotstring, the hotstring still maps it to the clones even with DNP enabled. Same thing goes if you have a hotstring associated to the same key that's in your password.

I would like this functionality Rob. There are some marcros that I use on every single toon I have so this would be handy. Following, drinking, eating, potions. I use AutoBar so most of the ones I could make would refer to an AB frame.

For the most part I too like keyclone just the way it is. The only thing I would like to see change is that there be a way to turn off how it makes wow always be the top window no matter what. I play windowed mode (just cant wrap my brain around having less of the screen for the main toon) and click on other wow windows as necessary. so sometimes for example I want to bring up ventrillo to see just who is talking....when I go to move the mouse pointer to the vent window I'd I want to adjust something, it disapears below the active wow window.

If you are talking about having KeyClone generate a UI Mod that generates and makes available macros which can then be bound directly to hotkeys I'd say it's a great idea, ISBoxer has it and I'm utilizing it for many of my more mundane macro's such as mounting/dismounting/jamba follows, etc.

If you are talking about having KeyClone send a series of keystrokes starting with a / such as a recorded macro from G15 then I'd say it's a waste of time, much like the aformentioned mouse.

Only thing i would like to see would be some kind of Instant All screen click action. Instead of the mouse broadcast delay action.

for example Druids summoning treants etc. Press Treant button then hold down (shift or any key specified) and left click to instantly click all screens in the position the cursor is in.

Might not be possible.. but if its a wish list
