Best 3.1 PvE glyphs for Ele Shamans

Binkenstein from EJ has done some research and posted the best PvE glyphs in 3.1 here:

The recommended glyphs are now Flame Shock, Lightning Bolt & Totem Of Wrath up to 4000 SP. For SP > 4000, the Lava glyph replaces Totem of Wrath as the better option.

Is it even possible to reach 4k SP even with Ulduar epics?

I cleared ulduar, but i dont have one item from there...havent seen one good caster drop so far. This is with trinket proc of course, but Im assuming that You can get close to it in full t8 gear.

Although as a multiboxer you may not always want to drop 4x totem of wrath - magma/fire nova may provide higher DPS than the tow glyph in many cases, and in some fights other utility totems may be better and you'd lose completely the benefit of ToW glyph (unless it stays on if you just summon the totem and immediately then another one?)

The buff lasts 5 minutes on yourself. Drop ToW, get buff, then drop whatever totem you want. (I wonder if ZOMGBuffs will support this?).

Per the Wowhead comments, you can even get the buff, then switch to resto with dual specs and keep the buff. (I've tested this with earth shield and it works, just not the other way around)
