The safety dance gets easier once you memorize which fissures pulse and their order. Learn where to run and wait for the next pulse, then move immediately to let your followers catch up before they get smacked in the butt. The main trick I use is: our resto druid hots up all my toons as he runs. Cheap trick? Yes. Does is work? YES!

Thaddius is probably the most difficult fight for me to box (I'm sure most others would agree) I drive two toons for charges and leave another out of range for charges, but within range to spam lightning bolt. Then I drive the two toons using different keybindings. If slave A need to move to the side that the main is staying on, I just tap my follow keybind. If the main has to move, hold the main-walk-forward button... etc... etc. Again, practice makes perfect.

Saph: frost resist totem, healing streamxALL.

KT: Mana management is key; spam TS every cooldown, and make sure watershield is always up because splash damage consumes orbs. During phases 1 and 2 I normally stick to LB because of it's mana efficiency. Don't forget to try and ES to interupt frostbolts from KT in P2 (your healers will appreciate it) If you have conserved mana well, when phase three starts, you will have enough left over for a full 3 minute nuke.
