I don't use castsequences for my clones, but if I did, I would use /castsequence [reset=target] FS, LvB, LB, LB, LB, LvB, LB, LB, FS I know it's long but you want to try to leave FS up as long as possible. You could mess with the order a bit, how many LB, add in a CL or whatever, but that's a basic rotation for elemental. The [reset=target] will start the sequence over if you change targets or if the sequence finishes. (if I'm wrong on that, someone correct me, that's how it was the last time I used a castsequence macro)
