How to hide taskbar

how do you setup the pic in pic thing? like in the solid ice picture?
please explain?
BTW IM ONLY DUAL BOXING

I use Hotkeynet and this is the script I use My screen is 1280X1024. I dont use a very small portion on the bottom of the screen so I can click the taskbar and google stuff etc..

I have main and PiP a small window on bottom left. I press Ctrl R and it removes windows/renames them then press F12 to get pip then press F12 again to switch which wow is big.
