Will Honor Bought Epics come now?

I remember before WotLK you could buy Merciless Gladiator gear with purely honor. And before that, Gladiator gear.

This helped a lot considering it got you a decent footing to start Arenas.

But, with WotLK, only Blues are obtainable with Honor... LAME.


SO now that the Arena Season has ended, should we be seeing Epics come that are purchasable with honor?

I believe Hateful will take the Savage gear place and be able to be bought for honour while Savage fades into the shadows. :>

Is this how they run things normally? Like Savage disappears and Hatefull replaces it. And the deadly Off-Slot Items ( boots, belt, etc ) replace the Hatefull off-slot items?

So the NEXT NEXT Arena ( after the upcoming one ), you Deadly Main-Slot items ( chest, legs etc ) will become purchasable with Honor, and the Furious Off-Slot items will be honor purchasable too?

some of the Hateful right now does not require a rating, and some of the deadly will not require rating etc etc. The sets will still require rating, as the Hateful does now.

Let me take another guess haha:

In the upcoming Arena season, there will be "63" Gear sets, but essentially "6" if you really thing about it:

- Hatefull Main-Slot
- Hatefull Off-Slot

- Deadly Main-Slot
- Deadly Off-Slot

- Furious Main-Slot
- Furious Off-Slot

Next Season, both the Hateful "sets" will be avaliable via Honor ONLY.

Next Season, the Deadly Off-Slot "set" will be avaliable via Honor ONLY. And the Deadly Main-Slot "set" will require low-level Arena rating

Next Season, both the Furious "sets" will require a high-level arena rating.


Is this right? Or am I just seeing this whole picture completely wrong?
