Nerfed for rogues that is (dunno bout you other classes)

Pre 3.1 it used to proc off rogues premeditation. It wouldn't put you in combat, it wouldn't take you out of stealth and it wouldn't pull guard aggro. This of course meant that you could kill lowbies without them even knowing what happened if you used 5 premeditation's at once, no longer.

ah well was fun while it lasted.


And before you call me an asshole for ganking lowbies in STV. I go there to gank 80's at the arena and sometimes visit GG along the way
