Did they change how Raid leading works in battle grounds?

I had some wierd thing where I couldn't move any of my chars to any other groups. It was weird.

same here. yesterday i got raid leader and was not able to move my team to one group.

I think that, even the RL can't do switchs. Groups are locked somehow, and many already told me they couldn't change me, and even with assist, i can't do it.
It's painfull cause of grounding totems, and specially, not being able to see my party as i use to, so its difficult to keep track of my hp.
