just had this one may already be posted but thought Id share.

seems to happen for a few reasons with a few dif types of fixes but the one that worked for me was...

if your running windows vista do the following for BOTH Launcher.exe and WOW.exe

Right Click - select "Properties"
Click "Compatilibilty" tab
Tick "run this program as an administrator"
