Are you sure you didn't accidentally have it on heroic? I was doing 10 man naxx a while back and we were commenting how hard it was. We realized after we killed Anub'Rekhan that we had it on heroic the whole time
Checked that like 4 times. Had raid members check too. It was the first thing I thought of.
