Hello all! I'm considering rerolling my team on Magtheridon once my new rig is up and running so I can play with other multi boxers. But I like to mostly do pvp on weekends and after reading Magtheridons battlegroup forum the info on there basically points to it being not very fun for horde. Too many alliance, many loses in every bg, is this true?

Hey there! I did AV last weekend and we won one and lost a couple. I didn't play a lot of them. We are in the RUIN battlegroup and Horde pretty much quit playing AV for the most part at least for the last several months. I lost like 90 AVs straight because we were always outnumbered. Blizzard changed something with the last patch Where you need an AV mark for something or another. Can't remember what but it appears it is making more horde join. Where I normally used to see zero AVs going on when I queue (maybe there would be one battleground going and I would have to wait for it to finish to get in one) there are now several showing up. I have a feeling AV may be recovering but going to wait and see.

Thanks, I think i'll keep my eye on the battlegroup forums to see if things change before I pay for a transfer lol.

Yep, we're developing a nice little community of boxers and have been doing at least some of Naxx together for the last few weeks. VoA too.

Anyway, we'd be glad to have you if you want to join us, but if PvP is your main focus I can't tell you much. I PvPed a ton on my alliance server (both BGs and arena) and kind of got sick of it. I got 25 WG tokens for all my toons here on Mag but don't have much desire to do any more. There are others on Mag that enjoy it more.

Whatever you do, make a solid choice - selecting a server tends to be a long-term (or very expensive) decision.

Honestly, I don't run BG's any more - just WG whenever it's up...much better honor return on time spent IMO. Not to mention the awesome rewards from WG itself...
