Default Attempting to 2-box on one computer

Hi guys, I've become interested in multiboxing after reading this forum and now I really want to get on the action.

So my goal is to run two WoW clients on 1 computer and multibox.

Granted that my hardware should be able to tolerate the abuse, here are the quick specs:

    AMD Athlon X2 +4400, 3gb Ram, ATI 512mb HD-1200 Radeon card

Here are my concerns on trying to get started.

-Do I really have to copy the entire WoW folder into a separate location to 2-box in the first place? I mean can't I just run two WoW.exe's on the same folder (From Program Files) instead. Is there any difference with them?

-I currently have a Logitech G15 keyboard and I want to utilize the 18 buttons on the side to it's potential with the second account (Granted if there's anyone that uses it to this day). Which program would work best with this keyboard?

    - Currently my desktop running at 1024x768 resolution with my WoW client running at it's lowest resolution in windowed mode. What would be the optimal resolution settings to run the game in 2-box mode?

That should be it for my concerns, and I thank you very much for helping me out in my attempt to multibox.

No you dont, Performance wise, its better to run them from the same folder, some people run them from diffrent folders because they have issues with UI's and some other settings.

There is a G15 Super Macro program which works with this, For Keystroke broadcasting I'd suggest using Keyclone as its the easiest to use and the author (keyclone) is on these forums most days.

It depends if you want to be able to see what both characters are doing.

With that low a resolution I'd suggest cranking it up, so you can divide the screen into two seperate WoWs. Otherwise If you have to stay at 1024x768 then its probably best to just have your mains window up and Alt+tab to the other one occasionally to check on it.

well I could just simply drag the other client side by side and see it, since the game is on 640xwhatever that other number is resolution.

Also, do you know of a website that can lead me in getting that "G15 Super Macro" program

And thanks for the answers ^^
