Default My raf ended - Totals

Have not posted much before so just wanted to say hi and thank you to everyone.

Just to give you a little info about myself. I have been playing since before bc came out. With 5 lvl 70s all single boxed.

Using raf I leveled 5 shammies, druids, hunters, mages, warlocks, and paladin. Thats right 30 total avatars. Sam this is how you should have done it

The way I leveled was 1 team at a time just doing quests , skipping any quest that was collection or anything like that. All of my teams were about 2 days played time including macro creation and afk time. Just to note I was also raiding and doing instances on my single box avatars.

Couple things I found hunters are soo op But any 5 group is as well. I could just about play naked and still kill everything easy, especially with mages.

So now that my raf is over time to start wrath.

Assuming you took exactly 2 days a group, that's an average of 3.2 hours each single day (and I suppose some of those days you couldn't play) just multiboxing (and you also raided). So that's quite a commitment!

3.2 hours a day is just about average for me, and I'm nowhere near 30 RAF-maxed toons. Impressive.

With my locks, I did exactly that. No need to even loot gear until 50+ and even then, with RAF and such.... May be able to skip looting gear at all until 50 and only wear instance/quest drops at 60.

I played for about 3 hours a day (a lot more on weekends) and only got the characters thats are in my sig up. So you did a very good job with all yours. Each of my groups averages about 1 day played time to hit 60, but i was being instance boosted since i'm a quad-boxer.

Just a little update. Hit 80 on my first team ( shamen) a week or two ago, starting to work on gearing them a bit now.

The funny thing is I have not had money problems at all. When i was doing raf I only did quests, no instance runs. This left me making gold with every group. I didnt bother with flying mounts of any kind till I hit 77, and by then i had aqquired enought gold to get cold weather and reg flying on the shammies.

Yeah, there's really no reason not to level up as much as you can.

My first RAF yielded only a shammy and hunter team. My second yielded 8 more teams once I knew what I was doing and where to go. Plus I didn't use the RAF guide until my second RAF, which helped out a lot.
