This is a tough fight. Make sure you have a key mapped to strafe left and strafe right. Use it during the ele phases.

Make sure you have a NR totem down, very useful.

Worst case, buy some nature absorb pots (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40216#created-by) , they are really cheap to make and absorb 6K damage. It's only like 2 crystalized shadow each, It's a LOT cheaper than wiping. Use them on the 2nd phase. You shouldn't have a problem.

I have the same class makeup as you do. I also had the exact same problems with this boss. The elemental would go straight for my priest and own him. I am slowly getting better, but for me I was [and still am] having difficulty getting aggro after each phase switch. Just takes some practice [and not forgetting to drop nature resist totems!]. I was pretty drunk the last time I beat him so I don't remember what I did, lol.

I run with a nearly identical group. My priest is more Holy than Disc, but I don't think that's an issue at all. Honestly, I was tempted to switch her to heavy Disc, but been too lazy.

My strategy is pretty much what others have already said. Spread out (about 15 yards between toons), Nature Resist Totem, mostly group heals on the elemental phases, otherwise big heals on the tank during the golem phases. The key is really just the taunts, as mentioned above. So long as the boss doesn't get a shot at anyone but the tank, then you should be alright. Keep the boss at long range from all the alts so you have as much time to taunt as possible after a transformation. That's my entire strategy; no strafing, no special gimmicks.

Honestly, I've never even used heroism/bloodlust on this boss, but you can if you want. If the healer just can't quite seem to keep up, you can just run all toons forward/back or strafe to move out of the slime every once in a while (only needed on the elemental phases anyways).

Make sure to position the Golem facing away from your group so the elemental pops as far out as possible and you'll have a couple more seconds to pick him up. Also, when you kill him, don't forget to move your group away from the puddles before you loot him with your main. inch:

Like I said, I was able to one-shot this guy all weekend once I took the advice in this thread and just slowed myself down a little.
