Ya know, since the thread is basically down to name-calling now, I'd like to throw my 2 copper in and request that putative moderators not participate in said trolling, even if it is sometimes funny and germane.

Probably because Sam isn't trolling, he just has a number of regular posters who don't like him and think it's adequately diginified to keep reminding us. Sam's posts aren't generally problems in themselves, but they often cause problems when the anti-Sam gang responds with their "just stop talking," "you're clueless," "you suck"-style discourse. That is much closer to trolling, IMO.

Its not our place to judge Prepared. Blizz will sort out what has been, or hasn't been done. The original post on the CS forum describes a repulsive tactic... doesn't mean its true... Prepared's rebuttal was feasible, and he has the benefit of the doubt in my book - but all that matters is what Blizz says.

Its disappointing to see members of the community turn on each other as they have in this thread.

If it was his intent to muddy the waters by introducing inaccurate information, etc. for the joy of watching people fall over themselves to smack him down, then that would be trolling (and strong evidence that you are easily manipulated). This doesn't seem to be the case. That you don't dig Sam's posts doesn't make him a troll, it just means you don't dig his posts. Stop trying to insist that "troll" is defined as "doesn't agree with me" ... that's a misinterpretation and highly inaccurate.
