Probably because Sam isn't trolling, he just has a number of regular posters who don't like him and think it's adequately diginified to keep reminding us. Sam's posts aren't generally problems in themselves, but they often cause problems when the anti-Sam gang responds with their "just stop talking," "you're clueless," "you suck"-style discourse.
