    Default DAOC multiboxers

    Any of those around nowadays?

And did any 1 got it to work with keyclone?

Tryed searching trough old posts, but no idea if anything has changed since early 2008 posts with keyclone as program and the ability to multibox in DAoC.

Anybody who has any experience with daoc multiboxing?

I'm using keyclone in daoc. You have to have the window active, so 1 client per computer (I think some of the other software sends it to windows in the background, but I have 3 accounts and 3 computers so I'm all good with keyclone).
I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A bird will fall frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself.

hehe that works.. what server do you play on? and what side?

any idea what software it would be to send to background? I guess hotkeynet?

Yep, HotkeyNet can send to DAOC while it's in the background.

It can also run more than two DAOCs per PC.

HotkeyNet was originally written for DAOC.

awesome the hotkeynet man himself ^_^

would it require a lot of scripting to get keys working? or just run hotkeynet as program and it will forward key presses to background?

You need to write a script. There's a guy on the HotkeyNet forum who offered today to write a DAOC script for somebody. He might help you too, if you ask.

how hard would it be to set up a script where i run 4 accounts on 1 computer.. then 2 more on a laptop..

    to just forward the keys:

    1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 - =
    f1 f2 f3 f4 f5 f6 f7 f8 f9 f10

and all the shift and alt combinations of f1-10

    then more q, e, f, c, x, z.

oh and mousebutton 4 to work as /follow macro?

and just 1 is 1, 2 is 2 etc.. no need for all the when account 1 presses 1 then account 2 presses button 2.. no need for that, as i wont use it i dont think hehe

oh and is there a way to use some sort of maximizer? to setup regions for daoc windows?

    Hey,

Just a few questions as I played DAoC for many years (release to catacombs) re game changes:
    - I heard mythic was going to change paladins and the way they twist? Did they really nerf a fantastic class like that?
    - I heard a rumour that mythic was going to revert back to the 'old frontiers' [OF] on some servers as opposed to the stuff up with NFs - did that ever eventuate? (personally, I have no idea what mythic were thinking when they did that)
    - Did mythic ever go in for wholesale server mergers? Some servers were just ghost towns - which makes it pretty hard/boring to pvp
    - Been out of it for a while as you can prob tell - but how big can groups go now? And how many chars/accounts, in your opinion, do you feel is required to conquer PVE / PVP?
    - Last time I chatted on the forums (catacombs???) I got absolutely flamed when I mentioned the idea of boxing (legally - not botting) - the community still dead against it?
    - Is TOA still a MASSIVE white elephant and a pain in the @ss?

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
    - paladins... no idea..
    - as of the old frontiers.. they did release "normal" servers.. where buffs have a range.. wich makes the use of buffbots in portal keeps useless.. no toa there either.
    - yes.. lots of servers have been merged.. US especially.. where there is 1 cluster with like 7 servers, activity there nowadays is HUGE. 00.30am european time (wich is like 6pm EST) and almost 2000 people online.

    - 8 per group, like it always used to be
    - boxing.. no idea to that, offc people dont like to get wtfpwned, but no idea how they are against it.
    - toa is easy now.. ML's, artifacts, scrolls etc are all buyable for BP now (the points you get other then the realm points when ganking people)

so gearing up is cheap as fuck.

For somebody who knows the program, it would take a few minutes to write everything you said. But if you don't know the program, it can take a lot longer.

The program has the standard maximizer features but I've never tested them with DAOC.

It also does PIP, round robin, etc.
