I have the same laptop. The heatsink is very inefficient and poorly placed. The heatsink literally cooks the motherboard if the laptop is on for more than 2 hours. Call HP. They had to replace my motherboard for the black screen issue. But at the same time, try removing one ram stick at a time, that could be a temporary fix as the beeps indicate a memory failure. (most likely caused by excessive heat) I hate this laptop and will never buy an HP again.
