Help on forming an Alliance Team

I plan to form only 1 PVE Alliance team in another PVP server. I want to cover all the race available and I'm fine with duplicate classes. I did read some racial advantages but I wanna make sure that most class buffs are covered for heroic instances and raids. Here are my initial thoughts, please feel free to change it because I have no clue on Alliance Faction.

Thought 1: Traditional Holy Trinity

Tank - Ideally NE Druid since that's the only tank class that can switch to long range DPS for 10-25 man raids. But I'm open for other suggestions. I'm also considering NE DK but I've been seeing a lot of negative posts towards DK tank nerfs on 3.1
Healer - Human Priest (I'm also having 2nd thoughts of the complexity of this class in multiboxing)
DPS1 - Gnome Mage
DPS2 - Draenei Shaman
DPS3 - Dwarf Hunter (gunner)


Thought 2: Non Traditional Way

Mob Starter: Dwarf Hunter
CC DPS: Gnome Mage
CC DPS: Human Warlock
DPS: Dranei Shaman
Healer: NE Druid

It's been several days that I'm creating and deleting Alliance characters. I can't make a decision and RAF is running out.

DK's are being nerfed to be equal to the other tanking class's. DK's have tanked all boss's in ulduar so do not worry
