On my Mage/Druid/Shaman set I often play the mage alone, so his #1 key is blink when solo, and a follow macro when in the group. You can't imagine how many times I've started an instance and blinked that poor bastard into a set of elites when I was just lining the toons up because I forgot to switch the icons.

On my newer group, three pallies, I had fought long and hard to get to the BRD bar when I was more than a bit under level. I was so excited to get to plugger, to unload bags and bags full of greys, that when I pushed #1 after selling. I forgot it was follow on toon's #2 and #3 but taunt on #1 and got a good portion of the bar to beat my ass in exchange. I never did finish BRD, level 58 now. That rez run just isn't worth it . . .
I recently ran my 80's through BRD for the achievement, it felt SO GOOD to aggro the entire upper bar area and arcane explode them all, then do the same for the lower level. That one laugh that cycles over and over grates on my nerves!

I've done the same as everyone else - dismounted while in flight in Icecrown, had toons follow off cliffs, had toons drown because the underwater breathing wore off or I missed one, forgot to pick up or turn in quests, finding out one of my toons doesnt have a flight point so they have to run or swim to get it, wasting tons of time...i have a couple gnomes, and they get caught on everything - doors, stairs, grass, so that always leads to much mirth.

The worst is when something screws up, and one of my followers casts at mobs I *don't* want at the moment. I just did that in Tanaris over the weekend, I was killing bugs, when my shaman decides (for reasons of his own, which he won't share with me) to aggro another bug of his own choosing a ways off, which dragged 5-6 more bugs on me, and in my panic I ran into another pack, next thing you know it was a solid wall of red on top of the team (those stupid little minions were everywhere) and it was instagib time.

I swear to go, the blizz devs put an RNG into our macros or targeting, just to make it interesting for us. My followers arent set up to target until and unless I tell them to with an /assist, how he changed target, I still havent worked out - and it's not the first time it's happened, my other team had that happen too.

Oh well. I kinda like random elements, it keeps you on your toes - and the incident made me stop and rework my "oh, shiiiit!" macros!
