I currently have one resto shaman at 80 but the other is only in her teens, hoping to do a 2 box resto team for 10/25 man raiding. Has anyone done this combo before, and does anyone have any advice on this? Thank you.
I would respec the 80 for enchance and boost the other.

You sure you want to dual box healers in raids? Its going to be moderately difficult in naxxramas, and extremely hard (borderline impossible) in ulduar. You have to be environmentally aware (moving out of aoe's, staying out of range of some people, etc) while also switching heal targets constantly -- you can't simply chain heal spam the same person the entire fight, which really is what makes dual boxing 2 DPSers a lot easier. Having both healers chain heal the same person is also not going to be super effective either.
I bet it could work in 25 mans but not too well in 10 mans. In 25 mans where there are more healers you can just act as the main healer and have twice as good heals. In 10 mans you would have to work out alot more macros and sort of do a double whack-a-mole thing with separate macros for each shaman. It's definately do-able but you would have to get together with people who don't mind a few wipes while you learn it.

Well I'm currently running with Nejcha who has 4 ele shamans on feathermoon, and it was more her idea for me to try, also we do mostly 25 stuff nowadays. I'm wondering if maybe things would work in 10 mans long as there is like a 3rd healer possibly a single target such as pally would then make it work out alright....
