I'm not really doing any more than 2 or 3 and it's usually to fill in because someone had to leave and a spot opens we can't fill....
I have not done three on Thaddius, but here's an approach I would take... Have a mage do featherfall. Then you can just run off the ledge and make it with a standard follow macro...
Some classes are going to be easier than others... However, it is my understanding that very long ranged attackers (hunters) can stand in one spot the entire time regardless of charge. I haven't tested this but the idea is put them at their max range and park them. The rest of the raid needs to stay at the minimum range and there should be enough distance between you and them if it's a conflicting charge to not cause a problem. Other things to consider, mages can blink to isntantly change sides on any charge. Warlocks can use their summoning circle to their advantage to change sides 50% of the time. These abilities make change sides less of a pain. Regardless you will have to be very attentive and very fast and be able to simultaneously track which side all your toons are on and which side they should be on after a polarity shift.
