Follow focus help

I would like to change my setup to make it easier to Set Focus. Now I right click on alts to do it. If I could set it, each key could set the focus. then hit F* and a focus key and viola new leader, and assist and follow are set. Not using the NumPad right now. Would /SETFOCUS=Toonb work?

Could you expand the problem a bit more please? It's confusing as to what your overall goal is.

here's a post i made about setting focus for each toon using macros. warning, it does take up key slots, but it's manageable. i use this all the time and have keyclone PiP setup to switch out when i hit these keys to switch focus. once you have jamba setup, i suggest you get it if you haven't already, you can also setup a macro to /invite each toon by name with just one key press.
