I bought almost the same just the other day:
PSU: 450W
GFX: 640MB 8800 Alpha Dog
CPU: Q6600
RAM: 2x 2GB 1000MHz
M/B: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
O/S: Vista Ultimate
HDD: 2x 320GB 3GB/s

Check the prices on RAM, the 1000MHz RAM was actually cheaper for me than 800MHz RAM. And as someone else mentioned, 2x 2GB sticks is a better option.

Why an extra sound card? Most motherboards come with pretty good on-board sound these days and if it is going to be a gaming rig primarily then it might just be a waste of money.
