PvP gemming/enchanting

should i be gemming for resil? and enchanting for resil/stam? or should I gem for crit? just wondering which way to go. I only do BGs atm and have been gemming and enchanting like you would for PvE. With duel specs inc, ill have a set for both.

Atleast my problem is that i loose hp to fast, so untill i get a comfortable "health-dropp-rate" (wich is never gonna happen untill i get 1200 resi =P) im buffing my gear purely on res and stam in that prio.
Glasscannon consept is dead =(

I would aim for at least 90 spell penetration, if not closer to 130.
