i've done all 3 spec's, and cross specs' a few times and i've gotta say full frost (11ish in arcane at 80) is by far the easiest to get the most dps out of.

just spam frostbolt, (and use pet as often as you can, or just bosses w/e) and you'll get pretty high dps

/cast Summon Water Elemental
/cast Icy Veins
/cast Frostbolt

easy. and with the talents into improved water elemental and the glyph, your pet is up like 1.5 minutes and cd is only like 45 seconds or somethin... so you can almost always have them up.

/follow doesnt work on vehicles so how dooes he use his motorcycles? O.o

As Doostin said, he was controlling them all manually.

Imo doesn´t exclude this sentence that he /follow

he said he'd never heard of this website, and didn't use any software to box, just 4 keyboards, no KVM's or anything lol

Besides it is possible to follow while mounted or in a vehicle. In another thread is explained how to. (focus & follow)
Just search for Malygos or Occulus

that´s new to me, i would define other keys to strafe but this seems way more comfortable, i think i should search the thread too :O
