I notice you have a paladin in your group, it could be the mount speed aura thats too much for your machine to handle. I had the same problem with my pally/shaman toons whenever the aura was on the pally would keep skipping ahead so i run without it.
ditto...same with the speed increase aura on my DK. Im running 4gb ram now but upgrading to 8 soon.
