which setup ?

I want to use Jamba addons to run a 5 box, but I wonder which setting will work better with the addons. Assit or focus ?

I use both. I set my focus to my main and /assist focus, this way I can set up bindings to change my main playing char if one happens to die. its all pref, and I pref that.
