You might question why people try and have a go when you dont think they stand a chance....but wouldnt it be a boring game if they didnt bother?
I usually scare enemy players away by simpling ignoring them. Just simply walk past them or start killing quest mobs next to them.. and watch them run, hide in corners, etc.
