Sounds good to me too, but won't prevent from asking such things. I'd go ahead and just spam some stupid s**t in every screenshot post or video thread until i reach my neccessarily amount of posts.
I would consider something like "You have to confirm that you have read the terms of use"-Question. You haven't read the terms?!? Sorry buddy, no posts for you.

On a more serious note.
I think a lot of people think Multiboxing is just a free way to get "phat loots" the first time they see it. The whole "wtf, you can solo your own dungeons?" All they see is the shiny purple, without realizing that it takes a whole lot more work than playing the game solo.
So its these people, that show up expecting things to be handed to them. They will make a post or two, and then eventually disappear when they realize that nothing in life is free.
I think I lurked for about a year before I made an account/post, and when I finally did, I had my setup pretty much already done and was just asking for obvious things that I missed. So I guess what I'm saying is, the people that come in and ask "omg how do I make my toons follow" don't really matter. They won't stick it out to the end no matter how much help you give them.

Some people expect to download a program/addon and it will do everything for them. EVERYTHING. I know some people who are like that. My favorite post (not on these forums) was when someone asked "How come when I hit the HOME button on my keyboard my toons don't go to the nearest city" "It says HOME".
Or.. 41 range fire ball is the best for pvp.... LOL
Yes I'm a newb to boxing more then 2. I have questions. They might seem lame to you. But believe me. I search and search. It took me over a week to find macro's that would work. The only person who helped me was Fur. And believe me I don't post a question/problem until I have spent hours looking it up. AND STILL CANT FIND THE ANSWER. And I don't just look here either. But you all blow some of us off that we are "stupid" or lazy. And not all of us are. I spent a week trying to get things going on just 2 toons. Thats a week of RAF wasted.
So be kind to us newbie's who are trying to figure it out. Now questions about the /follow-/focus-/target questions are indeed stupid. Meaning these people are probably new to the game itself like Sam. But yet come in full force thinking they know it all but yet don't know shit.
in my company forums, when you're about to submit a post, you can't until you've clicked the "what's related" button.
This brings you a list of similiar content posts that already exist (a bit like an advanced search) and it's only when you've scrolled to the bottom that you can finally click on submit.
This is only for new threads, replies dont need to do that 'what's related" thing.
Basically it forces the posters of new topics to automatically do a search and see the results before submitting.
I think it works great.
There's also ways to make a post a duplicate of another, and then viewers are automatically taken to the original discussion.

I have not been an actuall member on this forum for long but I have been reading the forums for over 6 months now just as a guest. Any time I have a question I search everything on this forum until its answered. I know that in the history of this site almost any question you can think of has been answered somwhere here, except for the really specific ones of course. I have definitely noticed an increase in dumb questions. Usually by the time I read them someone else has already answered the question. I do agree with you though that the people who are truly going to stick around with multiboxing will do the research to answer their own questions or to learn as much as they can about it. Its takes alot of time and dedication to play multiple characters even if its at the same time and the people who are dedicated to it will do what they have to so they can keep multiboxing.
