Pally tank, 3 warlocks, pally healer?
Just wondering due to the amount saved from mounts. Got two rezzers, and 3 off tanks. Spash damage will hurt though.

Yes, my buddy's main team is setup just like this, but his locks are all Affliction spec tho. (I think they are using Fel hunters pet) He mentioned that he loves lock's self healing ability (enhanced drain life), which simplifies his holy pally's healing.
Why a pali healer I would figure bringing in either a priest or druid for aoe heals would make it easier?
That way yeh could life tap and aoe heal at the same time? Drain life would take to much time and damage it does is kinda meh.
In the long run the amount of gold saved on mounts isnt all that much.
But if you wanted to stay with the mount saving bonus, you can still make an argument for a druid...flight form cheap at 68!Originally Posted by 'wowphreak',index.php?page=Thread&postID=192323#po st192323

I sorta ran that team for a while, kinda by accident. I was planning on using a prot paladin to boost up a few teams of lowbies, but I realized that i wouldn't be able to boost toons on the pallys account, so I decided to first boost up another paladin, so i could switch off boosters as needed.
Meanwhile, I had played around with a bunch of other comps, and I had a 4 warlock team, 1 was on the pallys account, and he got left behind, but the other three were level 10, right when I was going to start my second paladin through Deadmines. The fact that they all would get free mounts (then at 40, but now at 30) So they were boosted alongside that paladin all the way to 61. Then RAF came out, and i abandoned the boosting plan, switched servers, etc etc. But, I did run the comp through hellfire ramps for a level or two right at the end, and was running a lvl 70 prot paladin (who could solo the place, so it was still boosting really) a 61 holy paladin and 3 61 Affliction warlocks. That is where I really learned how to multibox a holy trinity group. AoE healing was definately the weakest point. I liked the plateness, and the fact that I could equip any gear, cloth leather mail or plate while leveling, which made healing a lvl 70 tank better... I had played my main paladin as holy up until I switched to prot for boosting, so I was very familiar with paladin healing, so I feel that if I spent enough time with macros I could make a 5 button "AoE Healing" configuration work fairly well.
But, now that I've played a holy priest, I dont think I'd wanna go away from that, other than a 4x ele shaman team. AoE healing is more important when only one of your toons can cast a healing spell. With the ele sham, 4x chain heal is a good enough aoe heal for me.
